In brief
ReefOffice installs and manages a private server per client, in the European Union, with the management applications of a small business already in place.
Freelancers and small teams rent their tools from several providers: files with one, invoices with another, passwords with a third. Nothing moves between them, repetitive tasks stay manual, and the data depends on non-European law. ReefOffice brings those tools together on a dedicated server that we manage — setup, updates, monitoring, backups and tested restores. The client keeps admin access to their machine and can leave with their data at any time.

The founder
Robin Angelé spent four years at Commown, a cooperative that leases electronic hardware with repair, support and logistics included — the model ReefOffice applies to software. There he set up and ran the German subsidiary: incorporating the company, market research, compliance, then hiring and managing a team across sales, marketing, IT and legal.
Before that, co-founder of SuperCoop Berlin. His master's thesis was on the Hardware-as-a-Service business model. TÜV-certified technical training in web development, then two years building and running the self-hosted infrastructure of his consulting business himself.
