Applications

The apps your private office actually runs.

ReefOffice combines everyday business applications on a dedicated server, with SSO, backups, and security controls managed from one dashboard.

Default stack

Included by design

Current ReefOffice plans use the same core app set on the client VM. The difference between Office and AI plans is mainly the AI compute path: AI plans unlock local GPU chat generation, while Office plans can use a client-supplied AI provider key.

Included

Nextcloud + Collabora

Files, calendar, contacts, and browser-based document editing.

Included on every current ReefOffice plan.

Included

Vaultwarden

Private password management compatible with Bitwarden clients.

Included on every current ReefOffice plan.

Included

Paperless-ngx

Document intake, archive, OCR, and search for paperwork.

Included on every current ReefOffice plan.

Included

PDF Tools

Merge, split, compress, convert, OCR, and sign PDFs in the browser.

Implemented with BentoPDF; PDF files are processed client-side.

Included

Dolibarr

CRM, quotes, invoices, payments, and support workflows.

Included as the business back-office app on current plans.

Included

Grist

Spreadsheet-database for structured records and lightweight internal tools.

Included on current plans.

Included

Activepieces

Client-facing no-code automations and forms.

Included on current plans, with higher-risk workflows kept scoped to the client VM.

Included

Open WebUI

Private browser chat for document Q&A and connected AI providers.

On AI plans it can use the local model; on Office plans it can use a client AI provider key.

Included

Hermes Agent

Default ReefOffice AI agent workspace for supported workflows and approved actions.

Runs with local models on AI plans, or with a client-provided model key on Office plans. Self-learning audit trail is reviewable via Forgejo when enabled.

Included

Ollama + Qdrant

Private AI foundation for local embeddings, document search, and vector memory.

Used for private document search across current plans.

Optional add-ons

More apps, only when they fit.

ReefOffice keeps optional apps opt-in so your server stays focused, supportable, and sized for the tools you actually use.

ReefOffice Sites

Guided creation and publishing of a static website on the client’s domain.

Beta

Optional beta feature, enabled on request after validating the domain, content and publishing workflow.

Listmonk

Bulk email and newsletter campaigns.

Opt-in

Only for clients using their own sending domain and compliant email setup.

Forgejo

Private Git hosting for technical teams.

Opt-in

Optional; enables Hermes self-learning audit trail as a browsable, reviewable Forgejo repository. Hermes self-learning uses Forgejo as its Git mirror by default.

code-server

Browser VS Code workspace for trusted technical users.

Opt-in

Optional and high-trust; enable only when development access is needed.
